Thank you for supporting the mission of the Proyecto Alfa to promote healthy lifestyles in the first and second childhood. With your contribution we make it possible for our project to be sustainable for the benefit of children, families and society.
Please, read this policy carefully. This is the refund policy of the Proyecto Alfa.
Monthly Contribution
The refund of your monthly contribution will be issued within the first 5 days of the month of service for the following reasons:
- If the user did not achieve affinity with the activities and/or the group of participants.
- If due to illness you can not continue participating the rest of the month.
- If you do not have an outstanding balance to pay.
Keep in mind that this policy applies only when the contribution is made in the first week. Late payments lose this guarantee.
We recommend that you please contact us for assistance if you have any problems with the Proyecto Alfa services that we promote.
